This food is not only strange but also too dangerous for health, but most wanted!!
Casu marzu is traditional cheese from Sardinia, Italy that is made from milk of sheep. In Sardinia language, casu marzu means "rotten cheese". But peoples more faimiliar known as maggot cheese.
Eventhough it is banned in the European for distributing, but more sold in marketing in illegal market in Sardinia. This cheese made from the skin left of cheese skipper, so no wonder will be more skippers in it, that make sick, diare, appendix, vomiting. And due to cheese of italian. dry it under the shine of sun, to invite all the skipper to lay on it, not too long offer, the eggs will be cracked for a kind of insects, to produce, more insects, comes to eat the cheese up this, cause fat in rotten cheese, so no wonder, if you find the live insects in cooked Casu Mazu and ready to serve.
