Waterfall is water comes from valley and goes down dangerous rock, very quickly, also with noisy sound. It has power. So that can be used for "Electrical Power".
But there is a strange waterfall in Nu'uvanu-Pali Valley, Hawaii. The waterfall goes up not down, and it's not so far from Honolalu, we can see it if we pass over fly, after city.
